Stardust Trees Moved, Church Gone

Overcast sky in Las Vegas on Wednesday. The cloudy sky combined with the water on the ground from the dust suppression truck made the Stardust site look as if it had been rained on.

Trees from the closed Stardust / Budget Suites properties are being removed, relocated, and replanted on the old Westward Ho location, right next door. The crew is doing an outstanding job. To look at the old 'Ho property, which has been a dirt lot for a while now, you would wonder where the forest came from.

A few days ago I reported on the impending relocation of the church located on the Strip, just north of the Riviera. It has been gone a number of days now...I still don't know where to. Here are a few shots of the trees, and the place the church used to be.
