First Friday Las Vegas - 2 March 2012 - Walking
Las Vegas, Nevada
First Friday - First Vegas Burn Day
Both of these photos are going south on 3rd Street, and away from the burning excitement at 3rd and Colorado. The few blocks south of Lucky Lady Lucy were filled with people walking and hanging out.
These streets are not normally busy with any crowd, let alone a decent one.
I read a mainstream newspaper article which implied that First Vegas Burn was filled with locals exclusively. I did not check ids but I saw many California plates, and saw people who seemed to be tourists.
It didn't strike me as an art crowd though.
Some car clubs were there, apparently; when else would you see a few VW buses in the same parking row?
