Not yet open, but already topped off, this is the 3rd Palms building. Flamingo and Arville.

I don't have to know what I am taking a picture of, in order to take the picture, and that is the case here.

Last night I saw the third building at The Palms partially lit up for the first time. I don't know what the function of the third building will be.
