I don't have to know what I am taking a picture of, in order to take the picture, and that is the case here.
Last night I saw the third building at The Palms partially lit up for the first time. I don't know what the function of the third building will be.

The Third building as you call it is really 'Palms Place' and is a condo tower. You can buy an overpriced apartment there and tell people you live full time at the Palms.
