Last night I saw the third building at The Palms partially lit up for the first time. I don't know what the function of the third building will be.

In these shots of the present state of The Frontier, a security guard is sitting on a chair. By my estimation, the location of the guard is within a few feet of where one of the old timey cowboy slot machines were located.
