Las Vegas, Nevada. SkyVue Ferris Wheel construction project as seen from Mandalay Bay on a recent morning. Construction has been halted for quite a while. This is not the same ferris wheel as the one going up near the northeast corner of Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd.
