The Frontier is in it's last week of business (I have heard some people voice the opinion that that actually took place nine years ago). Just north of The Frontier, the former site of The Stardust is busy with construction activity for Echelon Place.

Meanwhile, a block south, Palazzo continues it's progress at a rate which makes people wonder if it will really open fully this year, as has been announced. "Palazzo" is Italian for "can it really get much bigger on such a relatively small plot of land?"
