Wow, it has been a year since my last post. It may well be another year before my next one. I have simply been too busy. Yet I do pass by or across The Strip all the time.
It is kind of unclassic to see the waiting line at the Welcome To Las Vegas sign parking lot. Sort of like waiting on the Santa Claus line at a department store.
I suppose it is better this way, but there is something classic in having the memory of when it was just a sign in the dirt and rough ground.
Remember how people would obstruct traffic by parking in the center of Las Vegas Blvd, in a traffic lane, to visit the sign.
I have not yet visited City Center, though I pass it often, and work in sight of it.
